Hello there basset friends!  My name is Patsy, and I am a friendly, loving, loveable gal of 7 years and I am really hoping to find a wonderful forever home and family.  Could that be with you?      

I have lived in two households over my lifetime, most recently with a nice family for 4 years.  They took me in when my original family couldn’t care for me anymore, but recently disruptions to their routine have meant I haven’t been getting the attention we all agree I deserve.  I’m a sweet gal and I enjoy being in a family environment.  I get along well and enjoy playing with other dogs.  I like kids too, but one time a few years ago a youngster got too close to my food bowl while I was eating and I got a little snappy about my food territory.  So we think it might be best if any mini-humans in my new home are a little older and understand that playtime and mealtime are two separate times for me. 

I am crate-trained, but I have lived most of my life outdoors.  I look forward to being an indoor dog in my new home!  I like to please people so I look forward to working with you and promise I will work hard to master house-training quickly!  Then we can focus more on running and playing, which are my two favorite activities.

Patsy is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines.  She has also had lab work and a veterinary dental cleaning.  Her adoption fee is $350.
