Hi everyone!  We are Mollie and Maggie, 2-year old hound-dog sisters!  That’s right, we have been together since the very day we were born…so you can see why we love each other very much and need to go to our forever home together.

We are so excited to meet you!  It has been a long journey to find you – literally and figuratively.  We lived with our human parents in Oklahoma, but then something went badly wrong.  We are not 100% sure what “divorce” is, but we think it must be a very sad and difficult thing because our mom and dad don’t live together anymore.  And among the many painful changes was that neither of them could take us with them.

It’s been a little bit of a confusing time, what with the D-word and our long van ride out to California.  But now we are here and we are ready to be California girls!  This seems like a lovely place to grow up and live with our forever family!  We are very sweet girls, just still adjusting a little to all of our recent changes.  We are eager to learn the lay of the land at your place and refresh ourselves on our indoor manners.  Thanks to BHRSC, we also had “work done” – we had our cherry eyes fixed.  They are common in young dogs and not a big deal, but we might still need your help with some eyedrops for just a little while.  But we are amenable to just about anything if there are treats and love involved!

Mollie and Maggie are spayed, and they are both microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines.  They have also had lab work, veterinary dental cleanings, and procedures to treat their eyes. Their adoption fee is $1200.
