Well hello there dog lovers!  We are Marshall and Jimmy, a 2-year old bonded pair of handsome gentlemen.  We know that if you are here, you must be hound lovers, but we are hoping that your dog-loving home has room for diversity – while I (Marshall) am a basset, my best buddy Jimmy here is a terrier mix.  He is super-cute though, if I do say so myself!

We have been through a lot together and become inseparable.  We’ve been together most of our lives – we don’t even really remember a time without each other!  We’re very good boys, but somehow, we found ourselves at a shelter in Mexico.  There were lots of other dogs there, and our fate was very uncertain.  We stuck together for protection and moral support, and thankfully BHRSC found out we were down there and swooped in to bring us up to SoCal to find our forever family!

We are so excited to meet you.  We just know we are the right team to complete a family and that there’s a family out there with love in their hearts for both of us.  We are still pretty young so we have lots of energy, but we will need your help to direct it properly.  We’ve never lived inside before, so when we move inside with you, we will need your help to learn the rules and how to come and go.  But we are both super-motivated to make whoever rescues us for good very happy!  We are very sweet and affectionate, and once we figure out what you want us to do, we’ll work hard to keep doing that.  And we have lots of love to share with you!

Marshall and Jimmy are neutered, and they are both microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines.  They have also had lab work, veterinary dental cleanings, and been treated for some bugs they picked up in Mexico. Their adoption fee is $1200.
