Hello basset lovers!  We are Hunter and Jett, a bonded pair of lovely (and lively!) hounds of around 11 years old.  We are BHRSC alumni of many years ago, and unfortunately we need your help again to find our forever retirement home.  You see, we have lived with our human mom for a long time, but now she is moving to a senior community and we cannot go along.

Hi there!  My name is Hunter, and I am a very good girl.  I love being around my people and will always be excited to see you.  I still have lots of energy for my age and I love to play in the yard with my companion.  I’m very fast, in fact, you’ll have to make sure I don’t spy an opportunity to dart off, because then you’ll have to run after me!  But when play time is over, I love to snuggle.  Snuggling is my favorite!

Hey, it’s Jett!  I’m a happy boy and I especially like playing with Hunter and being around my people.  I still have lots of energy and really enjoy running around in the yard!  I helped Hunter with her physical therapy after a surgery (don’t worry, she has been healed for a long time) and I’m sure I can help you with anything you’ve got going too.  And together, we can definitely ease any lonely, dog-missing days you might be having.

Hunter is spayed and Jett is neutered, and they are both microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines.  They have also had lab work and veterinary dental cleanings.  Their adoption fee is $300.
