Hi basset friends! My name is Fred, and I am a happy and energetic 9-year old in search of my forever home! I know that feeling you are feeling right now…you are thinking that I seem a little familiar, and that you don’t want to miss out on me again. You are right, we are old friends, and now all that is left is to make it official!
I am a BHRSC alumni, and was adopted by a very nice man about 5 years ago. We had a wonderful time mellowing and hanging out together, but he was recently called away for a dire family emergency. It will require his attention for some time, and I cannot go along. He was very distressed about this, but thought the best thing for me would be to come back to BHRSC and find a stable family environment.
I’m a very friendly and happy guy! I love to snuggle with my human friends, and I make friends quickly! I like to play at the dog park and go for walks, and I’m hoping we can keep up that routine because I need to shed just a little bit of the extra winter weight I’ve been carrying. Time to get ready for beach season! Don’t worry, I have all the energy I need to do this, I just need you to come along with me!
What do you think? Does a friendly and happy gentle-hound sound like just what your home and heart has been waiting for? Call BHRSC and let’s meet soon!
Fred is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. He has also had lab work, a veterinary dental cleaning and surgery to remove some benign masses. His adoption fee is $200.
