Hey everyone! My name is Emma and I am a senior hound looking for my forever home!

Though the vet is not completely sure, she thinks I am around 13-years-old, so I am quite an experienced basset.  But I’ve also been told that I am very spry and friendly!

In fact, I am so social that if you take me to the dog park, I will try to make my rounds and get pets from as many people as I can — no kidding! I get along great with other dogs, kids and just about anybody. Now that I think about it, I have never met someone I didn’t like!

I am fully house-trained and am used to playing in an enclosed yard during the day. And I like walks, but since I am a senior hound, I only make it about a quarter of a mile on a walk before I am ready for another nap, so you don’t have to worry about me running you ragged.
