Buenas dias, basset fans!  My name is Edgar, and I am an adventurous 1 ½ year old basset boy exploring Southern California in search of my forever family!

I lived for a while in Mexico, but my family there could not keep me.  I am really glad that someone there knew about BHRSC, because they came and got me lickety-split and now here I am, just waiting for you!

I am a very sweet boy, everyone at BHRSC has told me so!  I am super affectionate toward people and I can’t wait to meet you so I can show you and your family all that affection!  While I love people, I am not really sure about other dogs, so it would probably be best if I could be an only dog.  I am a little skinny too, but I am sure you can help me with that – maybe when I earn lots of treats for being such a good boy!
