Hello friends.  My name is Daphne, and I am a 4 year old girl who just came to California from Oklahoma on the big Hound Haul.  Oklahoma is where the wind comes sweepin’ down the Plain, and it is a really nice place, but I am hoping sunny California is where my forever family is!

I really like people and other dogs, but all this commotion and transition has been a little stressful for me.  I am really hoping a forever family comes for me soon!  Then I can show you just how sweet I am.  I will be your little shadow, and I will be super-happy if you like to give belly rubs!  I roll right over for those!

I am also hoping that my forever family will be willing to do a little bit of sleuthing with me – since my background is a little bit of a mystery, aside from belly rubs no one (including me!) is really sure about my favorite activities and exact likes and dislikes.  But that just means we will be able to spend time solving that mystery together, and time together sounds good to me!
