Hi hi hi friends!  My name is Dallas and I am an energetic 1 ½ year old basset boy looking for my forever home!  I think I am the best of all worlds: I am house-trained and know my basic commands so you don’t have to do that, but I am still a young guy and we are going to have LOTS of time together!  Doesn’t that sound wonderful?

I lived with a really nice family, but my humans had to work a lot, and my dad had some back problems.  I spent a lot of time by myself outside, and he felt it would be better for me if I can live someplace where my family can help me get all the exercise I need and burn off all the energy I still have.  I love to run and play!  It would be great to have some space to run and play with my family, and to get to be around the family all the time.
