Hi everybody!  My name’s Copper, and I’m a hound dawg (you knew I was going to say that).  I’m 4 years old, and I’ve got my nose to the ground, sniffing for my forever family!

I was rescued from a neglectful situation this past summer by a very nice lady, and have been getting my strength back, my weight up, and my manners in order.  Now I am ready to meet you, and I can’t wait!

I still have lots of energy, and I love to play and run around.  I get along great with kids and the other dogs I’ve been living with.  We have been working on training, and I’ve been making good progress.  I’ll come when you ask, and I think once I get used to your house, it won’t take us too long to finish off my house training.  I like to be around people, get and give love, play with other dogs, and run around the yard.  I think I could be a great permanent fit at your house!

Copper is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. He’s had a dental cleaning as well. His adoption fee is $500.
