Hey there everyone! My name is Bailey and I would love to make your acquaintance!

I am 6 years old, house and crate trained, I love cats, kids and other dogs and I walk well on a leash — what more could you ask for!?

I have to admit, it’s been a rough couple of years since I lost my owner; I really miss her. My owner’s son and his wife took me in and have been super-nice, but they just had a baby and want me to have a home where I get more attention.

Though I can’t quite see since I lost my eyes to glaucoma, I get around great using my other senses. I am still able to play in the backyard, go on walks and I am excellent at snuggling.  They say losing one sense heightens the others and I find this to be true – I trained my nose and ears to “see” for me and once I get used to an environment, I don’t think I have any disability!  I trained my heart to see my loving humans for me too, and one day soon I know our hearts will see each other.
