Hi everybody!  My name is Boogs and I can’t wait to meet you!  I am a very sweet, happy 8-year-old boy looking for my forever family.  I lived with the same owner in Texas for a long time.  But then my owner got cancer – I don’t know what that is but it must be bad, because they weren’t able to take care of me anymore.  Thankfully, rescuers in Texas saved me and BHRSC brought me out here for a new lease on life!

I am currently being treated for heartworms, but that won’t stop me from settling into your lap for lots of basset kisses and love.
