Good day ladies and gents –  pleased to meet you! My name is Lady and I am a 5 year old former member of the landed gentry now looking for a forever manor. I am originally from Oklahoma where I was found just wandering around on the side of the road.  Lucky for me, some people rescued me and after discussing with my entourage we decided I should make my way to sunny SoCal.

I am a total sweetheart of a lady: I really love people!  I actually love people so much that sometimes it can be a little hard on me when we are separated.  But that isn’t anything that gets in the way of me being a sweet, loving girl.

I love to take walks on the leash, but sometimes I like to think that since I am the lady of the house, that means I make the rules!  If I want to stop and smell the roses, it can sometimes be a little difficult to convince me otherwise.  I like walking and people so much that I do have a history of taking myself on walks to try to come and find you if the fence isn’t secure.  It would be great if my forever family is looking for an indoor dog and willing to spend a little time helping me make sure that my Midwestern charm translates to good indoor West Coast manners.
